Marked Money (“the Service”) is pre-release beta software provided for testing and evaluation. It is under active development, may be incomplete or unstable, and may contain errors. Features may change or be removed at any time.
We make no commitment that the Service will be released as a commercial product or remain available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice before ending the beta so you can export your data.
You own the data you enter. You may export your data at any time in a common format for your own records. We recommend you keep independent copies of anything important. We are not a system of record and are not responsible for maintaining your data after the beta ends.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Service helps you organize and record your finances. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and no advisor-client relationship is created. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the beta is limited to the amount you paid to use it (which, during the free beta, is $0).
We do not connect to your bank and never see or store your bank login. We collect minimal personal information, we don't sell your data, and we have no advertising business. See our Privacy Note for details.
Feedback you share may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
Please don't publicly share screenshots, performance details, or unreleased features of the beta without our okay.
We may update these Terms during the beta; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
